Allergy advice

Fondant covered cookies:
Flour (gluten), sugar, butter, salt, natural flavourings.
Fondant: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, glycerol, mono- and digycerides of fatty acids, xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose, potassium sorbate, flavouring

Although I follow some special recipes (e.g. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) please be advised that food prepared on my premises may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, nuts (including peanuts), tree nuts, traces of crustaceans, mustard, celery, lupins, fish, shellfish and sulphite due to a busy environment and nature of the business.
