FAQ

  • What about allergens and food intolerancies?
    Although I follow some special recipes (e.g. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) please be advised that food prepared on my premises may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, nuts (including peanuts), tree nuts, traces of crustaceans, mustard, celery, lupins, fish, shellfish and sulphite due to a busy environment and nature of the business. By ordering with Cake Pronto you declare that you have read and understood Allergy advise. It is customer's responsibility to inform about known/potential food allergies.
  • How much advance notice do you need for orders?
    The notice required depends on our current order volume. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Your order is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
  • What happens if I can't collect my order?
    If you are unable to collect your order, it will be held for 3 days. After this period, the order will be discarded.
  • Is a deposit required to place an order?
    Yes, a non-refundable deposit of at least £20 is required to secure your order. The remaining balance can be paid before collection via our website or upon collection by cash or card.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    When ordering via this website you can securily pay with card or use PayPal (customer protection included in price). You can also request a link to pay via SumUp. Upon collection you can pay cash or card (SumUp).
