The advance notice needed depends on our current order volume. We work on a first-come, first-served basis, so contact us early to avoid disappointment. Your order is confirmed only after the deposit is paid.

If you can't pick up your cake on the scheduled date, we'll hold it for up to 3 days. After that, it will be discarded. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of at least £20 is required to secure your order. You can pay the remaining balance online before collection or in person with cash or card.

You can securely pay with a card or use PayPal when ordering through our website. We also offer payment links via SumUp. For in-person collections, we accept cash or card payments.
