What about allergens and food intolerancies?


Although we follow some special recipes (e.g. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) please be advised that food prepared on our premises may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, nuts (including peanuts), tree nuts, traces of crustaceans, mustard, celery, lupins, fish, shellfish and sulphite due to a busy environment and nature of the business. By ordering with Cake Pronto you declare that you have read and understood Allergy advise.




How much notice do you need?


It all depends on current orders - it's a first come first served system so please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment. Your order is not confirmed until deposit has been payed.




I couldn't collect my order - what now?


Your order will wait for tou for 3 days and then discarded.




Is there a deposit reqired?


Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit required to secure your order (min. £20). The remaining quote can be payed before collection via this website or upon cllection by cash or card.




What type of payment do you accept?


When ordering via this website you can securily pay with card or use PayPal (customer protection included in price). You can also request a link to pay via SumUp. Upon collection you can pay cash or card (SumUp).
